- Any related products or services (collectively, the "Services")
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Our Services
The Services provide tools for structured interviewing, including:
- Interview workflows
- Question generation
- Interview summaries
Important AI Disclosure
We use AI only for:
- Generating interview questions
- Summarizing interview responses
We do NOT use AI to:
- Evaluate candidates
- Score candidates
- Make hiring decisions
All hiring decisions are made solely by the user.
The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable laws.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials in the Services are owned by or licensed to Extend Your Team.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use the Services
- Use outputs for internal business purposes
You may NOT:
- Copy or resell the platform
- Reverse engineer the system
- Use our IP commercially without permission
3. User Responsibilities
By using the Services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have legal authority to agree to these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws
- You will not use the Services for unlawful purposes
You are fully responsible for:
- Your hiring decisions
- Your use of generated content
- Compliance with employment laws
4. User Content & Submissions
If you submit content (including interview data, feedback, or inputs):
- You grant us the right to use it to operate and improve the Services
- You confirm you have the right to submit that data
- You agree not to submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content
You remain responsible for all submitted data.
5. Prohibited Use
You may NOT use the Services to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Discriminate unlawfully in hiring
- Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform
- Use the system to build a competing product
6. No Employment or Hiring Liability
Extend Your Team is not a hiring platform or employer.
We do NOT:
- Evaluate candidates
- Recommend candidates
- Guarantee hiring outcomes
You are solely responsible for:
- Candidate evaluation
- Hiring decisions
- Compliance with labor and anti-discrimination laws
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Accuracy of AI-generated content
- Hiring outcomes
- Business results
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Extend Your Team shall NOT be liable for:
- Hiring decisions made using the platform
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business
- Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the Services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Extend Your Team from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your hiring decisions
- Your violation of laws or these Terms
10. Term and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
